Refund and Returns Policy

At Lumi Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website.

90-Day Returns

You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be:

• unused and in its original condition;

• returned with its original packaging and accessories; and

• accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons may not be returned after the protective seal has been opened, except where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise protected by applicable law.

Sale items, promotional purchases, bundles, and orders paid through Klarna, Sezzle, or another payment provider are eligible under the same return conditions. Your payment method does not reduce your return or refund rights.

European Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, email us before the 14-day period expires. After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.

Any legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including certain unsealed hygiene products, apply only where permitted by applicable law.

Our voluntary 90-day return period does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

How to Request a Return

Email info@trylumibeauty.com with:

• your name;

• your order number; and

• the product you wish to return.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please also include a photograph or short video showing the issue when reasonably possible.

We will provide the correct return address and clear return instructions. Please do not send a return to our registered business address unless we specifically confirm that address for your return.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Lumi Beauty will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the product is defective, damaged on arrival, materially different from its description, or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not charge restocking or return-processing fees.

Refunds will be initiated within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request. Where permitted by law, we may wait until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been shipped.

For eligible withdrawals, standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded. Additional costs for express or upgraded delivery are non-refundable unless required by law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Please contact us promptly if your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or not as described.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• repair;

• replacement;

• price reduction; or

• refund.

Customers purchasing in the European Union benefit from the applicable statutory legal guarantee, including a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right or legal remedy.

Bundles and Complimentary Products

When returning an entire bundle or promotional offer, all products included in the offer should be returned.

When only part of a bundle is returned, the refund may be reasonably recalculated based on the products retained. Any adjustment will be clearly explained before the return is completed.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

We will make every reasonable effort to cancel it before shipment. If the order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery under this policy and any applicable statutory withdrawal rights.

Where mandatory consumer law provides greater protection than this policy, the mandatory law will apply.
